I'm offering the Wordpress Maintenance Plan for Wordpress website owners. What does the Wordpress Maintenance Plan include?
Here's what included to the maintenance plan:
- Download, back up site, data base, prior to update. Review / audit site
- Identify found errors / outdated, incompatible components, plugins
- Check site for malicious content, php errors, purge if found
- Review site log for malicious viral hack attempts
- Identify suspect originating IP addresses. Black ban, purge IP addresses
- Upgrade Wordpress > to current .x version as required
- Update site theme template to current version as required
- Update all site components, plug ins, extensions as required
- Test, review, confirm site functionality/features
- Provide audit report upon completion
- Run off site site back up / archive once site updated
- SSL expiry checking
- Submission Form Check, manually check, submit, confirm Online Forms Submission function
- Confirm all forms received to nominated @ destination emails
What I need from you?
You'll need to provide me the following credentials:
- Your hosting account credentials (in case you have a cPanel or Plesk hosting, then this means your hosting account information)
- Your FTP account (Host server, Username and Password)
- The username and password of the super administrator of your Wordpress website
How much it costs?
There is no long term commitment. Payments can be made either by PayPal or by money transfers.
Bi-annually Web Maintenance: $750 (6 months)
Quarterly Web Maintenance: $550 (3 months)
Web Maintenance: $350 (1 off service)
